We ship across Europe.
Standard shipping is free on orders of €75 or more. Shipping costs for orders under €75 are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are usually shipped the same day. Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days.
Our packaging is made from recyclable paper, and we avoid unnecessary plastic wherever possible.
Returns
To help reduce unnecessary returns and their environmental impact, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and careful size selection.
You may register a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@slowhug.com with your order number. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the item back.
You can use our prepaid return label for €4.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Returns of damaged, faulty or incorrect items are free.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive the return. When a complete order is returned, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded.

You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling or use.

If you arrange your own return shipping, the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
