We ship across Europe! Orders over €50 get free standard shipping. For orders under €50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Sometimes local postal services may cause slight delays.
Returns
We hope you and your little ones enjoy your Slow Hug products! If you need to return something:

Tableware, lunch boxes, and bottles: return within 14 days.

Furniture items (if any): return within 30 days.

Items should be returned in original packaging, with all parts, labels, and accessories included. Missing packaging or parts may lead to restocking fees.
Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs, which cover carrier fees and handling.
