Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Belgium: around 3–4 business days
- International orders: delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship our orders with DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over €100.
For orders below €100, a standard shipping fee of €5 applies.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

What is the return policy?

Do the sleep suits/sleeping bag run true to size?
Our sleepwear is slightly more spacious than regular clothing to allow for comfort while sleeping. We recommend choosing your child’s usual size.
What materials are used in your products?
Our sleep suits are made from natural fibres only.
100% superfine merino wool and 100% organic cotton.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in India at carefully selected factories that hold certified organic and wool production certifications. We work only with trusted partners who meet high standards for safety, quality, and responsible production.
What temperatures are the sleep suits suitable for?
- Everyday Hug Sleep Suit / Sleeping Bag
Suitable for room temperatures between 17–24°C.
Warm Hug Sleep Suit
Suitable for cooler room temperatures between 14–20°C.
These temperature ranges are intended as a general guide. Every baby is different, and comfort can vary depending on what is worn underneath the sleep suit.
For cooler nights, layering a long-sleeve bodysuit or sleepwear underneath can help create a warmer and more comfortable sleep environment. Merino wool naturally helps regulate body temperature, keeping babies warm when it is cool while remaining breathable when temperatures rise.
What is the difference between the warm hug and everyday hug sleep suit?
The Everyday Hug sleep suit is lighter and designed for everyday use across a wide range of temperatures.
The Warm Hug sleep suit includes an additional inner layer of merino wool insulation in the middle of the garment. This extra merino layer provides more warmth, making it ideal for colder nights or cooler rooms.
Both versions are made with natural materials and designed to help regulate your baby’s temperature while they sleep comfortably.
What should babies wear under the sleep suit?
Depending on the room temperature, babies can wear a short or long-sleeve bodysuit underneath. Layering helps adjust warmth while keeping your baby comfortable.
Care Instructions
How should I wash merino wool?
Merino wool is naturally durable but should be treated gently. We recommend washing on a wool or delicate cycle using a mild wool detergent.

Can the sleep suits be machine washed?
Yes. Wash on a wool cycle at 30°C or below using a wool-specific detergent. Gentle washing helps maintain the softness and longevity of the merino fibres.

Can they be tumble dried?
No. We recommend laying the garment flat to dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying, as heat can damage natural wool fibres.
