Returns

We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To start a return, please email info@slowhug.com with your order number. Once your return is registered, you have 14 days to send the item back.

You can use our prepaid return label. The return label costs €4.95 for orders from the Netherlands and the EU countries covered by our standard return policy, or £8.00 for orders from the United Kingdom. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for return shipping yourself.

Returns of damaged, faulty or incorrect items are free.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back.

If you return your complete order, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all original labels attached.

• Please use the original packaging where reasonably possible.

• Items may only be handled as necessary to check their condition, features and fit.

• You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling or use.

• Please include your order number or packing slip.

• Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
