Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout before we can process your order.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product-information error, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, we will contact you and issue a full refund for any payment received.

Shipping

We ship to the Netherlands, EU countries and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
